The first company, Dumas ApS, was established in 1987, and the second, Nor-Feed A/S, in 1988. Thereafter, in 1991, the company Nor-Food Denmark ApS was established and the company Nor-Natur ApS in 1995. The newest company, Nor-Feed International ApS was established in 2006.

Nor-Group's companies develop, manufacture and market natural and other environment friendly products and additives internationally.
